Very Bad experience, Not fixed for amount while make order it shows 100 and after that it cuts 200 more from my account. And also not informed for what resion they cut or 100 is not sufficient we will cut from your main account. Or if you use local courior than it will change only 80 RS. So please check before order form shiprocket Also support are not able to close account and automatically close open ticket and the we have to start again. Very bad experience

Horrible Experience as a new small business owner. Orders created one day, were deleted the other day. The next day, it suddenly re-appeared and was marked Delivered, while the order wasnt even picked up. Support is an absolute scam, because they wont let me raise a ticket because the order was marked delivered 4 days before it was even created. Please stay away from this app. It's a major scam.

Worst experience. Most of the time I had to wait for the pick up partner for another day because they didn't come on time but with Smartr Logistics was worst of worsts. I placed an shipment order on 12th and had shipment on 13th but it's 16th already and it's still"out of pick"but never arrived or contacted me. i tried to connect with the customer service several times but they don't do anything but asked me to wait for another 24 to 48 hours. If only it was possible to give review to those ppl
