Initially I found this app very useful. But now, for the past few months, all shipments I had sent to my customers had weight discrepencies. Shocking part is they charged approximately Rs. 60/- for a mere 20gms which according to them was excess weight than the actual one. I raised a ticket but still money was deducted from the wallet. After this it happened to me again. Now I am looking for alternative to Shiprocket.

Weight discrepancy issue always! I measure the product and only ship it, still they charge extra. Like it was Rs. 100 for a 120 gm courier. Raised multiple tickets, spoke to multiple people who were either useless or they kept saying, 'we tried, but you did not pick up'. They say the seller charges extra because of weight issue, but they can't show the weight proof from the seller. I finally came to a conclusion that they will never give a solution but this is only a way for them to loot money.

I'm extremely disappointed with Shiprocket's service. Despite my products being physically delivered to the customer, the status still shows "RTO" (Return to Origin). The customer received the products and even shared photos, but Shiprocket's system hasn't been updated. I've tried contacting their support team multiple times, but they've been unresponsive and unhelpful. The lack of communication and resolution is frustrating.
