Lately, the app has begun crashing and lagging regularly. I could get past that; however, my most recent (and likely last) order was missing a lot of items. Despite having asked for a refund, they offered a credit that expired in 30 days. Their default is to give you a credit that expires in a month for items you paid for and did not receive. I had to email them 4 more times to ask for a refund to my card before they would agree to give me one.

My frustration exists completely with the chat feature. I am having to restart the app, as well as restart my phone, multiple times a day to get chat messages to send. It happens in store during shopping and outside during delivery. My app is up to date. I often clear the app cache. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app multiple times. This is a daily issue since I started. For a business structured around the importance of timeliness, this is incredibly frustrating and inefficient.

The work was great but then the app kept having issues & I had to keep restarting my phone during orders; making me late delivering them. I called a couple of times about this. I also tried to change my email with them but it was never changed, so I never got a warning that I supposedly received. During an order, the app acted up again. My account was disabled. I was told via phone to check my email why my account was deactivated. I had $247 that I never got that was on that ac
