Since the update, I have a maybe 25% chance of getting past the login screen of the app. When I try to login, it goes through an endless loop of reloading before i even input my info. It is usually easier to just go through the website on my phone instead of the app, but the same reloading loop happens there as well! Whenever it works, its a great app that makes life easy. But when it doesnt work, its a maddening experience. Hope they figured it out soon.

A month or so ago, users were notified that an update was coming. I didn't think anything was wrong with the old experience. It worked just fine. It stayed logged in, scheduling was easy (and automatically updated my calendar), and made sense on how to use. This app is garbage. Nothing is intuitive, I have to log in every single time, I can't schedule more than a week out, it takes extra steps to get an appointment on my calendar, and the UX isn't any better.

Terrible experience, at the NW Expressway location at least. The app doesnt let you cancel appointments very clearly, and isn't intuitive. The people are aggressive and rude often. I've brought 4 people in and they found a reason not to give me the bonus every time. I've done things correctly every time, but they find a way. One time I was actually told "I don't feel like dealing with this" and they left. They made sure it's advertising was on point though. Untrustworthy and unreliable.
