I gotta say, this app wasn't awesome before and now since it updated today... it's 50 times worse!!!! 1. It won't show my balance... says "Balance Unavailable". 2. If I go to my payments, it says... "You do not have any payments to show within the last 3 months" (I've been there twice a week!) 3. It shows the I have "No Active Promotions"!!! What! I was in the middle of one! 4. Try to hit schedule... can only schedule a Physical! Not due for one for about 5 months! Not cool guys! Not cool!

While I haven't read the other most current reviews completely, the gist seems to be a consensus from everyone and I agree. I didn't have any problems with the app until this last update. Now, my balance is often unavailable, I keep getting an error when trying to schedule an appointment, something about API, or I get a different error about the server being busy. I can't regularly make appointments and it's affecting my donations. Ugh!

The app always works great until they update it. Then basic functionality breaks, every time. It's like they've never heard of testing and still haven't managed to figure out the concept on their own. It would be nice if the app would give news about your center, like closures and stuff. It could also let you know if you are deferred, why, and for how long. Those would be really useful features.
