Ratings and reviews

After having some initial struggles with getting the app to function correctly, it is currently working for me, and the glasses themselves are functional. So far everything is in working order, and I'm satisfied with the product overall. Note, if you have issues and need to get in touch with the support team, emailing them directly via the website is the way to go rather than posting here in the reviews.

I keep getting a network error when attempting to register. New glasses and really cannot use them without logging in. Left a message on website, not one attempt has been made to help me. Pathetic customer service....

Like the app. Love the glasses. Only problem is I can't work out how to set up Smart Navigation, which is my primary use case. Would/will be 5* if/when I can do this.
