Sadly it's a very badly made app. Done on the cheap missing so many features that are basic. Terrible design and badly layed out with excess padding all over and inability to go back with swiping. Needs an overhaul and to hire proper developers and designers. I could not be more central in Manchester and I have a whole 8 places to choose from. I don't see any point in this app.

This app could be better. It's not very intuitive, for examplee when I click the 'back' button it just boots me right out and I might be in the middle of an order. I'm also finding that the menus displayed on shocal vs what is on the companies website or just eat, is not as extensive so it's a bit frustrating because I prefer using shocal.

Brilliant and the time slots are spot on. Food is always excellent hot when delivered. I've also done shopping from supermarkets excellent service. I only have one comment I discovered today I couldn't get past the drivers tip which I happily paid to the final payment I ended up cancelling my order no lunch for us 😒
