It's ok. For a company bought by Wal-Mart, the app need major overhaul. Maybe @walmartlabs can do it. I didn't care for the app. Doesn't load well at times. Feels outdated in appearance. Rather use the desktop next time.
HORRIFIC process of ecommerce! Never again will i shop here, i am not satisfied with the customer service NOR the "management". Very unprofessional conduct, did not ship on time and wjen asking about returns, my order jusy magically ISNT in the system! And your fake ass products just fell apart
It is very disappointing when looking forward to a purchased item, just to be frustrated by a vendor that won't ship it timely. I was told that it should be delivered within ten business days of the purchase. I am not quite sure how to count business days, since this vendor is open seven days a week, as posted on its own website. Even only counting weekdays, it is now the eleventh day after the order, and I am told that my item will not arrive for another week. In addition, my inquires about the status of my order went unanswered for a week. This is very poor service indeed.
Great application, simple and easy to use Great brand selection, easy to find across a large selection of products, easy checkout. Looking forward to a larger product selection and additional features.
Doesn't work properly It doesn't display any of my info. And won't let me add any. I ordered from the regular website and got a confirmation email but nothing is displayed in the app. Even the regular site is missing info.
Free Returns My Arse What they don't tell you is that there is a restocking fee. "Free Exchanges" which are simple... IF the item item was properly associated with your account. Shady folks. Shady.
