It is very disappointing when looking forward to a purchased item, just to be frustrated by a vendor that won't ship it timely. I was told that it should be delivered within ten business days of the purchase. I am not quite sure how to count business days, since this vendor is open seven days a week, as posted on its own website. Even only counting weekdays, it is now the eleventh day after the order, and I am told that my item will not arrive for another week. In addition, my inquires about the status of my order went unanswered for a week. This is very poor service indeed.
HORRIFIC process of ecommerce! Never again will i shop here, i am not satisfied with the customer service NOR the "management". Very unprofessional conduct, did not ship on time and wjen asking about returns, my order jusy magically ISNT in the system! And your fake ass products just fell apart

Doesn't work properly It doesn't display any of my info. And won't let me add any. I ordered from the regular website and got a confirmation email but nothing is displayed in the app. Even the regular site is missing info.
Free Returns My Arse What they don't tell you is that there is a restocking fee. "Free Exchanges" which are simple... IF the item item was properly associated with your account. Shady folks. Shady.
So Frustrating! There appears to be a lot of bugs in this app. The most frustrating bug is that everytime I enter a shipping address that differs from the billing address, the shipping address changes to match the billing address after I confirm the method of payment. There appears to be no way to ship an order to an address that does not match the billing address. I tried so many different things for about an hour and always came to the same result. Tried the website, same result.
Minor bug fixes and updates
