This is an absolutely very bad app. The ticket-buying experience was horrific. Tickets were shown as available, but when I clicked on them, they appeared not available. I couldn't purchase a single ticket even after trying for three days. This app is good for black marketers or syndicates, but not good for general people. It needs improvement.

This app is useless. It always gets stuck. After booking a seat, it won’t let me complete the payment and then crashes again. They also seem to manipulate ticket availability and later sell the same tickets at much higher prices. Thief.....

I am extremely disappointed with this app. Even after selecting tickets, the confirmation process fails repeatedly due to server issues. It is very frustrating for regular commuters. The authorities should fix these technical glitches immediately to make the booking process more reliable
