Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. So many purchases are either being "tracked" or rejected without reason. The $10 minimum to withdraw is awful too, especially if majority of the purchases have a cashback of $0.02 or less than 10 cents. It'll take a long time to be able to withdraw that amount. Isn't it convenient that somehow a large purchase was "missing" from my cashback and suddenly after being tracked for months it was rejected without clear reason? Don't advertise your app on YT as if you're guaranteed money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had a referral code, followed the steps, still marked as "tracked" but not redeemable weeks later. Signed up for the plus service, which is supposed to include priority support, but can't get past the freaking chat bot. And there's no number to call or email address. Incredibly unhappy.

There can earn cash through games and surveys. However when your cashback doesn't track (which has happened to me three times in the six months I've been using the app) their 'support' essentially says 'tough luck nothing we can do about it'. I get better customer service from other apps that allow you to submit screenshots and take the time to look at the evidence and apologise and give you your reward in good faith. It also takes a while for cashback to be available, usually three months.
