very bad service or delivery response, the price on product is different and the they received on delivery is like 100 rupees extra on each product .. shameful and they log out my I'd on application, kindly everyone don't use this app and ban this app as soon as possible...

Very bad customer service got defective product and in the app I can't replace the product.don't buy anything from the site now iam stuck with it. (Edited) they have now wasted my countless hours very bad and wastefull products they are a litrell scam please do not buy anything from this site

Very bad service! I ordered a gemstone pendant with chain but after receiving there's no certification of the gemstone and there's no chain. It's been so many days I am struggling to return from day 1 but there's no direct contact of the Customer Service only WhatsApp on which only 1 reply they will arrange return but so many days but no action. I got a lab test done of the gemstone, it is fake. I have been cheated my money is gone..
