Ratings and reviews

App works fine but the functioning of ShopClues is most unprofessional. Items to be delivered to me on 02Mar are delayed. There is no provision to speak to anyone in Customer Support. The bot put in to answer the queries puts one in a never-ending loop. I hope I receive what i ordered soon.

Very bad experience...I have booked t short along with short...I booked xl size but I recieved medium size....second time also I recievd large size instead of xl......the customer service is worst.....when I booked it was showing xxl size....when I want to replace...it is showing xl size us not available.....worst worst worst ....shop clues doing fraud.with customers......I strongly recommend to not use this app....pls dont install this app.....

I had bad experience 5yr back when i purchased a speaker. It was faulty and they didnt helped me to return the product. After 5yr i ordered new product neckband and after 4 5 days of order customer support calling ms and telling like product is out of stock n can not be delivered. Shopclue is nothing more than a fake application/app where all third class products are listed. Had bad experience in past , got same type of bad experience now in 2023. Pls do not purchase anything from Shopclues.
