At first the app was pretty good,but the problem is, recently I've been through some problems,one seller just cancelled my order for late shipment so I got my money back, then one order that was made in March 15th and the arrival date was May 20 and then they stop updating the info about the shipping and change the date to Jun 4th and I was trying so hard to contact the customer service but they just said the same ,and the problem is still there, I haven't received updates about it. Bad sevice.

What a terrible experience for the first time using Shopee... I've bought on Amazon for around 14 years and on AliExpress for around 8 years without any problem, and now I decided to use Shopee for first time and it's a complete joke. I don't recommend this marketplace, my purchase didn't arrive complete, only garbage and customer support doesn't answer my refund petition.

En: The worst shopping apo, products don't arrive and despite having you do things to get a refund, they never refund your money. And when the product do arrive, they're not what the looked like on the page and the do nothing about it. Es: La peor app de compras, no los productos y hacen que uno hagan mil cosas para recibir el reembolso y nunca lo hacen y cuando llegan los productos, son diferentes a como se veían en la página y tampoco hacen algo al respecto.
