Ratings and reviews

Orders take a long time to deliver (+30 days) and none of the 3 orders I placed reached me, they are marked as delivered but they do not arrived to me (even you don't receive notifications that the package is close to your address to be delivered) and the prices do not compensate for bad purchasing taste, their customer service is terrible

All my eight packages are stuck in mexico Zumpango and NLU, dont know where, I thought this was gonna be a good app to shop, but no one not even the store, not even shopee has help me, its like they dont give a care of my situation and cant get my refund back, this is not fare, I did my purchase on 16th of january 2024 im so mad.

Shopee is garbage. After being a costumer over a year, I finally got tired of throwing money in the trash. 80% of the products take over a month to receive and 55% of the time you receive a product you didn't order or nothing compared to what's advertised. I'm sticking with mercado libre, temu and Amazon.
