User interface got better. It's easy to find stuff I want from picture search and I also have more options when filtering. But I'm disappointed with the promise of "GUARANTEED Next Day" delivery. Twice. Paid more on delivery only to be told "Insufficient time for delivery" waited 2 days, items still didnt arrive. Brought this up with a live agent only to receive an automated response. Customer service fail.

I will only rate 3 star now, from previous 4. Many case that original product or others product photo was use as 1st and 2nd photo and follow by the real item photo. This is Unscrupulous, after many complain and this is still happening. So what is shopee doing or shopee simple do nothing. Fyi, I have reported this for so many incidents but, yet nothing much improved. And if not, order can be easily cancel by shopee which made people wait for so long.

Have been using this app for so long. Love and hate all my purchases here. How convenient it is to purchase and refund/return. The app wasn't causing any issues for me, but it is definitely causing issues for my wallet 😭 Keep up the good work Shopee continue to improve!!! I'm a team Shopee all the wayyyyy ❤️
