Bought 2 item, did not deliver. There is an auto function in the apps that put item delivered and completed if i do not click refund till a particular date. I did not recieved my item and contact seller . Seller claimed that don't need to click refund on apps and will able to refund. NOW, no item, no money. There isn't any function for me to click that i have recieve my item. NOWll, zm_(keller disappear, shoppee ask me to contact delivery man myself!!!!!!!! Better go to other apps to buy..
Hi Shopee, I have been using the app and purchased orders smoothly. Suddenly today i cant even login. I cant even check my orders. I already uninstall and install the app but the same error keeps showing Shopee Sg keeps stopping. Please do something bout this.
Very disappointed in the refund services. They Do Not protect Buyers. Say that my reason for return is incorrect when the admin person confirm i choose the right reason. A brand new unused item. Seller said that they do accept refunds that is still new but gang up on me with shopee to reject my claim.. mannn.. i've already told a bunch of my friends about this and they too think it is ridiculous and would not support shopee anymore. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and this is my first return/refund situation and there is another one coming along ... utterly horrible decision making. Plus please improve your professionalism and english for the dispute..
This app / customer service team does not protect the rights of sellers. They allow buyers to leave spiteful & negative feedbacks hence damaging seller's shop ratings without considering the possibility that the buyer herself could have damaged the item due to her own misuse & still wants a refund (buyer left 5 star ratings when she initially received the item & 1 week later changed her rating to 1 star). Sellers, beware! 《UPDATE》 Before Shopee starts giving me a template "Cut & Paste" reply by thanking me for bringing this to their attention and then asking me to email them, I HAVE ALREADY DONE THAT! And the reply from them is that they believe the buyer and NOT me, the seller. So according to them, there is NOTHING they can do to help me except to ask me to go "beg" the buyer to delete or change her rating. Some customer service I am getting here. Disappointing!
Not good platform to sell in. When email is replied only 1week plus later, staff claim that my Gmail has technical error that's why I receive their email late 😏😌(when my customers have been emailing me daily and I receive them). Now their "days to ship" also has technical error. When I change and apply to all, it only affects half of the listing. Which results in inaccurate info display and buyer have to cancel order. Then I email them again guess what they reply. They say that I only change one listing. This is very funny I change one listing or change all listing I can dunno??? Facts can be twisted and they tell u there's no problem at all everything is perfect and the problem is your own problem la. Lol. Thankfully the other e-commerce platforms are working fine and no such problems encountered. 😏 I won't be emailing in anymore as it's like cut and paste reply, doesn't even address your issue. Probably didn't even read at all.
first time user and already i find this app got alot of scammer i check the items that they are selling with Google and their price is way off like about $200/$300
