Enjoy shopping frm shopee. So far my experiences for deliveries are all pleasant. If I know the product needs time to deliver, i would personally avoid oversea shipping and find local delivery instead or find alternative ways to find the product. When encounter a problem (when product is broken), they are responsive and i get a new one. Only problem is the app. There's times when the page froze or it takes time to load to the next page when i browse.

App crash after update. Oops, something went wrong. We are looking into it. After uninstall, install, cache, modem on /off, which all possibilities advise by Shopee team. What do you mean by try another internet source? I am using StarHub data and Wi-Fi a home and they the best stable internet server at the moment. So it's the Shopee app issue and not my phone setup.

Misleading prices displaying the cheapest price for multiple product for sale. E.g. New RC car $10. While inside the actual car cost $200 and $10 just for some random sticker. This has become such a waste of time to browse for item. One way is if there are multiple items with different price range, do put it up front. Another way is to enaure front page item abd price match. Advocate for accurate description of products not scam, clickbait and dishonest advertising.
