Ratings and reviews

The app works well on my smart devices. Quite happy with the app's function. But, one thing that I hate is the app keeps popping up while I'm using the other app especially LINE app. It'd never been like this before but it happened quite often recently.

The app doesn't provide it all in English though you switch the language. Searching for products in English and Thai is a very big difference. You hardly find things when you search in English as most of the products are listed in Thai. The app slows down your phone and consumes loads of battery. The only good part is promotions by Shopee which makes me stay.

Very cluttered, busy look that makes it difficult to see what I need. It is a very sloppy and unprofessional app. The worst thing is that many ultra low quality, fake products, and defective items are being sold on porpoise to rip us off. Often, the vendors don't care, and even worse, Shopee customer service does not care at all. Instead of resolving the problem, they will behave very bad by dragging the issue out indefinitely with very long emails of random words that mean nothing.
