Edit - From 5 stars => 2 stars. App is going through enshitification. Autoplay VDO when taping items. Put the item description behind another click. Price changes depending on whether you tick the item or not. Free shipping doesn't make shipping free. Some items have low prices but sky high shipping. Used to be perfect. Now you need caution when use.

It has been a week to deliver my parcel which is unacceptable at all. Additionally, it is impossible to contact the customer service. For the new user, please consider the unexpected delay before ordering goods from this trash application. Also, do not trust their guaranteed delivering date. From my side, this will be my first time and last time using this platform for online shopping.

After adding start with short video at opening app, App become trash UX very bad opmization. And very annoying, trust me it doesn't work on me by force showing shorts(just a skip barrier to the item what i really find) and make me feel disappointed.
