merchant status is "opened" but unfortunately suddenly becomes "temporary closed" by the system and it happens 2 or 3 times daily. it is not good at all.

Why did you keep closing my outlet over and over again. Regarding time preparation, leave it to us ( like gofood and grabfood did) .because we know better than you..how much time we need to prepare the food

Complicated!! Took more than 2 months to register & they gave different excuses why the reg couldn't be processed. Now the application is approved, but they use product pics which are not mine. The ones I uploaded were not set for the correct products. We cant change pictures, price, description from the app. Everything has to fill forms and apply. So complicated! The link in the help section is not useful because the buttons aren't available in the app, though I just updated the app today.
