Ratings and reviews

Sometimes, this app is useful, but most of the time, no. It only seems to grab some of my orders from Amazon, and usually, it can't actually provide any info on the package. It regularly asks me to reconnect with Amazon for whatever reason. It won't connect to your email at all unless you have a Gmail or Outlook address. Honestly, I'm probably just going to uninstall this junk.

Shop might have recently undergone an update that has caused this issue but something I have noticed recently is that when I select the 3 horizontal dots on the right side of a tracking number, there usually is an option to go to the carrier's website to track the package. This is no longer the case and sometimes the option appears on the screen but is inconsistent and adds friction to package tracking.
