app sucks, only decent at tracking. I hope stores switch to something else, I hate the products it forcefully shoves down your throat when you open the app, track a shipment, or do absolutely anything. edit: My recommendation would be to separate the feature that tracks packages and the shopping platform, then also improve the products by recommending similar products and accessory products in another tab. The shopping tab should also not be the default, as sometimes it's difficult to find track

The UI update sucks. There's no dark mode anymore and all the menu options (home, search, orders) are condensed to a small tray at the bottom. To see setting you have to go back to the home page and then scroll down because it's all the way at the bottom. I'm really tired of companies ruining a good thing for something sub par. I genuinely don't like using the app anymore. It feels so restrictive.

Getting worse. I think the overall experience is getting worse in regards to identifying and tracking orders. Biggest complaint would be that even though your Amazon account is linked, you can't track it via the app. It only links you to the order, and not the tracking itself. Once it's delivered, you then have to go archive the order. edit 6/9/25: no, that's completely incorrect. There's a disconnect. It's a pointless feature to link to Amazon if it doesn't pull the tracking.

Hi Phillip! If you're not seeing updates in the app, there is a good chance that the tracking details have yet to be scanned in by the carrier or there are no updates to share with you at this time. Shipping and fulfillment is managed entirely by the business you'd purchased from and we strongly recommend reaching out to them for more information!
