app sucks, only decent at tracking. I hope stores switch to something else, I hate the products it forcefully shoves down your throat when you open the app, track a shipment, or do absolutely anything. edit: My recommendation would be to separate the feature that tracks packages and the shopping platform, then also improve the products by recommending similar products and accessory products in another tab. The shopping tab should also not be the default, as sometimes it's difficult to find track

the first and only time I used this app, after receiving notification that they had received, processed, & shipped the merch, & affeer paying $20 for "expedited delivery" on a $"37 item I never received my order. Expedited shipping was supposed to arrive in 5 working days & have "full tracking". The tracking never budged from its initial position, after multiple attempts at contacting the seller I didn't receive a single response. Shop offers zero support .

Newest update is terrible. Before, I would just click on the receipt icon, and it would show what items are still being paid on, and how many payments were left for each. Now, it just shows order history, with no mention of how many payments remain. Now you have to guess, and click on each individual item, to see. HUGE step backwards. 😡
