i love how this app empowers Mom&Pop establishments. It truly connects specialty shops with niche markets. As a consumer, it's a bit annoying. I wish it had separate notifications for things that I want to buy as soon as it's available, and things I'm keeping in mind for the future. Even with things i seriously want, I often buy plants. They die in freezing temperatures or the burning heat of mid & late summer. No amount of alerts will make me throw money at something that's gonna die.

The UI update sucks. There's no dark mode anymore and all the menu options (home, search, orders) are condensed to a small tray at the bottom. To see setting you have to go back to the home page and then scroll down because it's all the way at the bottom. I'm really tired of companies ruining a good thing for something sub par. I genuinely don't like using the app anymore. It feels so restrictive.

Getting worse. I think the overall experience is getting worse in regards to identifying and tracking orders. Biggest complaint would be that even though your Amazon account is linked, you can't track it via the app. It only links you to the order, and not the tracking itself. Once it's delivered, you then have to go archive the order. edit 6/9/25: no, that's completely incorrect. There's a disconnect. It's a pointless feature to link to Amazon if it doesn't pull the tracking.

Hi Phillip! If you're not seeing updates in the app, there is a good chance that the tracking details have yet to be scanned in by the carrier or there are no updates to share with you at this time. Shipping and fulfillment is managed entirely by the business you'd purchased from and we strongly recommend reaching out to them for more information!
