be careful using Shopify! I set up two stores already paid for my LLC paid for advertising just to have them cancel both of the stores and when you try to find a customer service number is nowhere to be found! they don't explain why they cancel your store they just cancel it I followed all the steps on Spotify only to have two stores canceled I'm losing money here because of the LLC that I paid for in the advertisement! I've been waiting for a week and no reply to my appeal

I haven't used this app in a while and need to cancel my subscription. However, I no longer have the phone associated with the shopify account. i put in several tickets with no success of getting this resolved. There is no one to speak with via chat or live with is ridiculous. Now I have to try to get my bank to do a stop payment, which I will be charged for because I can't get the help or support. I would not recommend this to any of my friends as it is too much of a hassle for assistance.

I've been having Shopify for over 2 years now. As of lately, Shopify has been having lots of glitching. Glitching when trying to click on certain pages and apps. It does not go to the next page or screen that you're trying to access. It just refreshes current screen. This is hindering me from using the app and working on my website completely. Hope this gets fixed soon.
