The app will recieve the original text front he customer, but the subsequent responses do not come through, even though I can continue to send messages to the customer from the app. in the app it says ”no internet connection". Even though it's allowing me to successfully send messages to the customer. (I know the customer was receiving my messages because I was acting as both myself and the customer). This app just make us look like we don't know what the customer is saying. It's embarrassing.

This app is so gitchy!! It's impossible to respond to clients messages because the app freezes up anytime the message gets longer than a few sentences. And if you hit return to start a new paragraph in your message, FOR. GET. IT! the app will lock up, making it impossible to edit/send/or finish your message. It's very aggravating!

It's a great start. I love the integration of multiple channels. Unfortunately, it's not fully useable. There are no desktop notifications, so you have to be looking at your phone to see if a customer wrote. Also, attached customer images do not show up. We miss parts of messages because we didn't realize that an image was supposed to be there. Lastly, not all messages will send. We get error messages in Inbox stating that our response was not delivered to FB Messenger.
