I use the POS app to take orders over the phone on the go. Currently I have to process the order/card payment then go onto the phone's web browser, pull up the order and add the customers shipping information. Please allow us to add a full customer profile including shipping address from the app. Right now the app assumes you are doing a hand to hand transaction. The extra steps do get the job done but there is no reason it can't all be done from the app right after payment completion.
Just tried this today but I quickly noticed that not all of the products from my shopify store are synced to this app. Any fixes?
Ever since the last update, the POS search system is terrible. You have to type the item name exactly as is with all the commas and spaces. Before you used to be able to search by typing two separate words. Good thing is it integrates your shopify inventory really well.
Need to be able to view customer details from the order details screen. At the moment you can only see the name.
It's not tablet enabled and is missing tons of features relative to iPad.
