First time using the app, right after a shopping trip. First receipt, I get an "invalid date" error (what do you mean, it's literally from today). Second, I start getting a "looks like you have a network error" message (my network is working just fine everywhere else, so...) and cannot do anything else. It's not a good first impression and honestly gives scammy vibes. Will update if I find the app to be reliable at a later date, but as of now, I would not recommend it to anyone.

After spending almost $200 on products to get points, they stated my receipts were not clear, even though they were clear as day with no information missing. It is a total scam. I have photos of the clear receipts, they just say that so they don't have to pay out. Beware, don't use this app! Edit: They gave everyone that complained 5k points and came back with the offer had already been fulfilled. They lied for over a week and tried unsuccessfully to cover it up.

Having the exact same problem as another user. I cannot cash out for PayPal. I click the send button, it grays out, I get texted a verification code with no idea where to even input, then nothing. I've contacted them several times and got the same answers. Change my goal and change back, then try again. Absolutely nothing helps. Already tried reinstalling app. And this hasn't been the only problem. I'm getting timed out when uploading receipts, telling me no one kicks were found.
