The app was fine until the customer service people have started calling. I add something in the cart and boom, all of a sudden I start getting calls from customer service to buy the product, that too not 1, 3-4 times in the day like we don't have any other work other than talking to them. I will buy them when I want, can't you guys keep it simple.

Terrible experience. Ordered a jacket in late December and received the wrong size. Returned it and reordered the correct size on 2 Jan. Delivery was fast, but the product was completely wrong—not even the jacket I ordered. Looks like old or mismatched clothing. Two orders, two mistakes. No quality control, poor warehouse checks, and careless service. Fast delivery is useless if items are incorrect. Extremely disappointed. Avoid this app.

Worst Experience Ever. I have raised for the return request for my purchased item on the same day. And in app it was mentioned that it will get picked up within 2 days but no one come to pick up the product. After few days when no one come to pick up so i call customer center then they said that now it is not eligible for return as you didnt call us if no one come to pick up and now window has been closed. on their mistake they are not ready to return the thing
