While the outlook of the app is nice. The prices shown in the category are not necessarily what you get charged. Hence, the customers effectively gey enticed to pick a discounted item that is not availed at checkout. The customer service is quote frustrating.

False quantities... Every time after the confirmation of an order, they remove half of the items from my order with no acceptable reason. Later, they transferred the refunded amount to the app wallet, which requires calling them to transfer the amount to my bank account. This app is a waste of time.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, however, we do send an email and notification for the items that were removed before it leaves our store and the amounts refunded to your wallet instantly as bank refunds could take up to 3-5 days. We value your feedback and hope we can make it a better experience next time.

Just on my second order I've had a missing item and when I called customer service for complaint I've been promised to be called back and got my item or my money back. It's been three days now and nothing happened which is the worst experience ever with a retail App and worst customer service also. Don't recommend it at all.
