Update: This has all been sorted after I emailed again. I can now use the app and extension without problems This used to be great, one of my top 5 apps to use. Being able to save what I have my eye on to buy and get alerts when the products are on sale is genius. I had 3/4 years with minimal problems. Now it won't login, won't reset my password and I'm not sure if support will even email me back.

False notifications ALL the time. Tells me things are back in stock when they aren't. DOESN'T notify me when they actually come back in stock, only finding out because I checked it myself. I've also never received a sale notification, ever. Absolutely useless for what its actual purpose is! I only use it to save a list of all the things I want so that I can access them from anywhere. Don't know why so many influencers work with/endorse this god-awful app!!

It's just bad. The interface is odd and clumsy, runs super slow. "saving" an item takes literally hours, clicked save and instead of it just being saved I was getting "saving item... Saving item..." for long enough that I turned the app off and came back later to see if it had worked. Then under "saved items" showed me coupons for £0.00 from places I hadn't heard of and nothing about what I'd saved. For me two days is long enough to try and work an app. It's gone, and won't be coming back.
