Cant buy Cant even create my own log in on this as it hasnt sent a confirmation email and when i tries again it just comes up with please fix this error but doesnt tell me what needs fixing once this issue is fixed i will change review

Terrible Poorly built just like the website. Don't trust you as an online merchant with such poorly built interfaces. Uninstalling and hopefully the account I tried to create did indeed fail and my details aren't on your systems.

Box/arts - Search function - back -- Squashed images of the PS4/XB1 box/arts looks the 3DS cases. -- Doing another search won't bring up the keyboard unless you exit/reenter the search. -- The back button should be a back function and not the exit function when navigating through the various menus/tabs. Alternatively you could add an X or an option to exit the app.

Too many Notifications! The what's new should have read "we will bombard you with lots of notifications" rather than bug fixes etc. Pants and uninstalled. I'd ask for notifications if I wanted them.

Robbed!!! They just took £3 from my bank when it tried to verify my card and then it said could not verify card, well thats a lie because you took £3 so its obviously vefiried.

Needs improving. Since the latest update images are all stretched, everytime I go on a news article I click the game that's advertised but nothing happens and it crashes but other than that its ok.

Pre-order service exellent Since I have downloaded this app I have noticed that they are still taking preorders for items that have been snapped up everywhere else. I decided to preorder a Captain Toad amiibo and they sent it out on the wed to make sure I get it in time for the 20th and was delivered 2 days before it has the release date. Complete rubbish This app does not work, it won't go through checkout with the stuff in my basket. Also there is a pathetic range of products compared to the website. Typical as the shopto website is rubbish too.

Slow and won't search I'm using galaxy s4. It's really slow at loading after I push and buttons. When I Want to search it won't being up the key pad.

Poor I preordered Dying Light because of the release date delivery guarantee, its out tomorrow and I haven't received a despatch email yet. That's to say nothing of the endless log in issues and very few choices. Hell, even the website is rubbish. If my game doesn't arrive when they promised I will be furious!

Not ideal...quite rubbish Firstly...I couldnt register using the app, it would not let me select my country, I had to use their website. Then I started using the app. The front end looked good, showed me top deals and big sellers like you would expect, until I began searching for items...the search function on the app is absaloutely terrible. You CANNOT browse a catalogue, you select platform and thats it. It shows you a selection of about 10 items no more...complete rubbish

No real use...... After trying to spend £190 on your website with no sucess as i couldn't add anything to the basket, thought I'd try the app which is even worse as i can't input my country when trying to register! You guys must really not want the business.......

Rubbish Just mobile-optimise the website for goodness' sake. The app doesn't give you nearly enough options (I don't just want hot deals and top preorders for example). Just give us a minimalistic version of the website with all the functionality of it.

UI and navigation is shocking If you want the option of viewing all games for platform/s & a search bar that works Email them .... Galaxy s4.. first off i can't scroll through all games related to a platform/s nor does it hold any default of yr selection ie ps4/xbox1.. then there is the worst search bar in my history of web use it fails to load the keyboard 90% of the time which suxs as its the only way to find things not featured on home screen (should allow all games list for platform's of yr choice) you are losing customers over this

Pricey Not quite happy with this service .. I've uninstall this because most items are pricy than other stores. Pre-ordered few in the past ... arrived day after release when I could've picked up from local store on the same day!

Pathetic Wont allow me to recover my account. Wont allow me to set up a new account. Wont let me enter what country i live in, reports wrong prices on software, the most shambolic app ive ever seen. All this from an online retailer that once, used to be great. Beyond dissapointing. Our custom really doesnt matter one iota. Avoid like the plague!

Much Improved! With the newest release, the user interface is much improved and looks a lot less cluttered and more user friendly. The only minor issue I have is that when looking at my pre orders, I'm unable to look at the price unless I click on each item individually. Overall a much improved app which I will be using frequently. Edit: loses one star due to forced notifications for items I don't want.

It's a mess Pressing back doesn't go back but closes the app. Browsing the app for games is confusing. Plus its very slow and unresponsive at time

Can't register using app Will not let you select the country you live in when registering. Also forces you to put a second address line in, which I don't have. Had to put n/a to progress then the country issue happens. Can't use app. So 1 star. Poor effort.

Prices not the best Xbox one package a bit to much compared to other sellers £350 :/ gets u console and games others also include kinect and £50 credit extra controller and a years xbox live so a extra £200 ponds worth of stuff

Since app update rubbish Keeps crashing when attempting to update any kind of details, account /credit card etc, won't let you empty basket if you made a selection in error have to go back to website to update pointless app.... please fix

Horrible UI I just want to see all the games on one console... Instead you can only see a couple of best selling items and top pre-orders.. You have to search for a specific game and the search page takes forever to load. So bad...

Down for maintenance Website was MIA, so I figured I'd give the app a shot instead. Nothing loaded in at all, just blank screens, even when searching. As a developer myself, I'm assuming this is because of the site being down, the app API will be unreachable, but it's shocking that the app didn't even notify me -- it just looked broken! C'mon guys, UX is key here... Still though, ShopTo is a great site, I'll be putting my order through on their website when it's back up.

Complete rubbish Rubbish app. Doesn't let me sign up because I can't select my country, but when you sign up to the site via browser it then doesn't accept your username/password! Slow and laggy UI. If this is the companies best effort I'll go shop elsewhere...

Useful to a degree, but just as clunky as using the actual site on a phone. Search bar is not smart enough and a lot of items can be missing.

Errr Is this a joke? Can't login, can't create account, finally logged in and it lagged so hard android kept saying it had crashed. Can't edit addresses, can't filter news at all. Uninstalling.
