Ratings and reviews

Decent game, but lots of bugs. I would really like a feature to report bugs. If this feature already exists, I was unable to find it. The repetitive music also drives me nuts. It's on maybe a 10-second loop? And I wouldn't mind turning the volume off if it wasn't important to hear the barbarians. Maybe add a clear visual cue like a red pulse on the screen? In a year or two, I bet this will be a 4-star game. It's got SO much potential.

Okay, I'm gonna say positives first. it's super fun. Negatives. not once was it indicated to me before installing was I going to have to pay for basic access, to basic features, that should be included in the install, that is INCREDIBLY deceptive and underhanded. Moreover, you want $7.99 for access to BASIC game mechanics, and the ability to tweak the gameplay to our liking? Who do you think you are? that's misleading, and a poor, poor business practice.

If this game were $2.99 I'd buy it in a heartbeat. The fundamental game is very rich and enjoyable and I could easily see myself spending tens of hours on it. However, the limited free version leaves me with questions about the game's depth, and how those fundamental systems hold up on a longer playthrough. Unfortunately I don't think the price point is there right now, so I'll be passing on the full version.
