the app is absolutely terrible. The wait time is rarely accurate and sometimes when you check in on the app to get your name on the list it wont register at the store so when you show up your names not on the list and you cant get your hair cut. I love getting my hair cut there but dont waste your time with the app, just call in.

Shows you the current wait time, but once you've "checked in" it doesn't give you a count down or any notifications (though it says it will do both). And it turns out sometimes your check in doesn't work, as I just showed up an hour after checking in (it said 1hr 20min wait to be told I wasn't on their list and they were full for the day.

I tried booking ahead of time for a particular hairdresser. The app said 23 minutes, I arrived close to 23 minutes on the dot and the shop system showed 29 minutes from the time I arrived. This isn't very helpful at all. I was getting a photoshoot done and was hoping to use my favourite hairdresser at that location. Figured checking in ahead of time would have helped... but then I was told I'd have to wait another half an hour. The app is also incredibly buggy.
