I was a regular customer of shory and this time I purchased a policy for my car and due to some issue I need to cancel it and same day I requested for cancellation and shory did not refund me and when I did follow up with them they escalated and later confirmed that they did charge 149 dhs for cancellation even on prorata basis how can they charge this much.. I SUGGEST NOT TO GO WITH SHORY FOR YOUR CAR POLICY...
