this app keeps telling me that that it has stopped working and other times that I have other working accounts otherwise it is not playing any movie
Awesome app! Great for when i am traveling and want to take my shows with me. Huge amount of content to watch too.
Honestly my experience with this app has been terrible, it keeps telling me that the max devices has been reached meanwhile I've connected 3 devices... and everytime i have to remove one of the 3 devices... apperantly i have 16 changes left.. definitely cancelling my subscription if this doesn't get fixed soon.
New to Showmax and whatever we're watching continually buffers and then stops. Says our internet connection is down - not true - it works fine on Netflix. Also having issues opening the app. Content is great but technically this is a poor app.
This version is problematic. The movie buffers all the time. No it's not my Wi-Fi speed because your previous version played just fine.
Despite paying for the service I can't watch anything.. Black screen only sounds. Support can't help, they are clueless. Change settings to compatibility mode, uninstall, restart, send the speed test.. And yet am on a 10mb link... So disappointed 😞
