You know that feeling when you never watch showmax because it has kak content and hate it because when that one day a month comes when you actualy find something to watch, then the app doesn't work. Then you go to the review section and see that the default 'cut 'n paste' reply is 'contact our support team.....'. And you've have already tried that road, and it didn't go anywhere......Unsubscribed. Luv u Netflix
The app doesn't allow me to watch the same episode again which is a huge problem if you have a young child who likes to watch the same episode again and again. I often have to uninstall and reinstall the app to be able to watch the episodes again. I often can't skip to a section in an episode which I want to watch again. The app also need some more development. What about an autoplay function (which you can of course switch on or of) where it automatically plays the next episode? You should be able to create playlists for different shows or episodes you want to watch one after the other. What about a 'skip' option where you can 'fast forward' say 30 seconds?
So after trying again. Looks like somebody listened, working perfectly now. Below is the first intercation. Happy it was resolved. Third installation and counting, send feedback to dev responds 2 days later. Very buggy app NO issues with NetFlix, gives DRM issues one day and next its working then all of a sudden DRM issues again. Thinking of cancelling subscription especially since i have issues on my desktop also, please dev team, 2 days to long for response.
Was fine at first until it started to buffer a lot then from then it didnt want to play anything. I thought this was just a network problem but i noticed it was only the showmax app because youtube and other streaming apps worked better than average. Not really sure what to do because you can't really stream without the app.
This app does not allow me to sign in on my Android device, therefore unable to watch any shows. Very disappointed as I bought an upgraded device just for this.
I'm having MASSIVE issues with this application.. I cannot watch anything I keep getting an error message that u don't have license for the movies I tried several and even made sure I'm using WiFi or mobile data both getting the same error.. I cannot deal.. I'm paying for a service I cannot use
