Downloaded some videos to watch offline but the sound cuts off. Cant hear a thing and I pay a monthly subscription to lion read!! Worst app ever! Not user friendly and just a waste of space, data and time. So many bugs! Keeps crashing when I use it. Stick to other apps that offer similar content cause ShowMax is disappointing

The app has great shows, however, your app is not favourable for users relying on mobile data to stream or download an episode. It lags, and it takes time to load programs yet the same data on netflix works perfectly. It's also pausing downloads when I exit the app. *Kindly also include the download status bar that can be seen at the notification bar-for the mobile app. Thank you.

The app kinda seems it's a good one.But my problem is at the level of the 14days free trial one has access to. Until you accept a payment method, only then can you have access to movies. More like they don't trust their customers will pay or something. There's no one who would like to pay for something they ain't sure if it is good or not. So free trials should be available directly once someone acquires the app, and not all this stuff of having to accept payment methods first before you can use
