Love Showtime ... excellent programming - totally woth the subscription fee - BUT I HATE the app. Constant glitching - I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times, and then when I'm done using it (even if I close the app window) I get an error pop up every 10 minutes that the app has "stopped" (crashed). That doesn't stop happening until I manually go in to the app settings and force stop the app. PLEASE get some competent engineers on this app, Showtime - you can afford it! Pay writers 2

Signed up and entered billing info all on the app. Went to cancel after free trial but the app said I had to log on to my computer to cancel. Inconvenient of course, didn't have access to a computer at the time & was unsure of password. Good thing for me, I gave them a card with no money on it. I've been getting notifications twice a day that they're hitting up my card trying to get their $10.99. No email notifications from them though. They're trying to get me unnoticed. Well, jokes on them.

Keeps restarting whatever I'm watching instead of leaving it on pause to reply to a text or to use my phone and need to click off app. Other steaming apps allow you to send back a text at the same time same screen as your show/movie. Always makes me go back to the beginning if I try to pause. Doesn't really save what I'm watching or keep it at the top when using on a mobile phone.
