Loan Amount of ₹1,00,000 for 24 months may have an interest rate of 12% p.a. (1% p.m. for 24 months - interest rate calculated on reducing balance method) with EMI ₹4,707, the total interest payable would be ₹4,707 x 24 months - ₹1,00,000 = ₹12,968
The processing fees (excl. GST) is ₹2,000 and the disbursed amount - ₹1,00,000 - ₹2,000 = ₹98,000
Total Amount Payable: ₹4,707 x 24 months = ₹1,12,968
Total Cost of Loan = Interest Amount + Processing Fees = ₹12,968 + ₹2,000 = ₹14,968
The total amount payable will be ₹1,14,968 (incl. Processing Fee).

Their service is very poor. I haven't made any such transactions. Yet, they've blocked my device for suspicious activity, preventing me from linking my UPI. I've been contacting their customer support buy email for 20 days, asking what transaction I made that caused them to block my device, but they haven't responded.

"I emailed my issue along with a screenshot to customer support, but I only received an auto-reply, and after that, I got no further response. Their customer support service is very poor. Please be cautious while dealing with them."

No proper response, worst service trying to close my loan in one time settlement, no support. everything is digitalised, and they are saying to visit the branch office with is located in chandapura around 40kms. even for that also we are ready but the manager is not responding to the call. very worst service ever faced.
