There's a glitch in the app, my medical clinic has also said there's a glitch in the app. I brought this up with the developers, they haven't fixed the glitch and have marked the problem as solved, because they claim I have not provided evidence, screenshots must not count as evidence. The app worked perfectly before the update, now I can only use it to remind me of the appointments I've had to make either over the counter, or over the phone, because I can't book via the app anymore.

Appointuit is the biggest piece of absolute $#!@ i've ever seen. I did see the negative reviews in Google Play when i first installed it, but thought i would keep an open mind and try in anyway. It gives me nothing but "unspecified error" when i try to log in or change my password, with no further information or possibility of guidance or support. I can't wait for my provider to move to another platform - which thankfully they're in the process of doing. Otherwise i would be going elsewhere.

it's good when it works but most of the time it doesn't. it's either stuck on loading ie you will get a technical error pop up. How are you supposed to book an appointment if it doesn't work how it's supposed to? Considering the other replies and the fact it hasnt been updated in 4 years, I don't expect it fixed any time soon.
