I've been using sideline for quite some time. I used to be able to hit the phone icon from the voicemail in order to return a call and now it just flashes and goes back to the original screen. This is such an inconvenience. If people don't leave their phone number on the voicemail, it's impossible to return the call. The number is not showing up that they're calling from. It just says "sideline call" Going into "recent calls list" The call does not show up. 😑

The app works good. My one issue is the contact list. The app REQUIRES your contact list in order to work properly. However Sideline, think about this: people want a second number to give out to folks who are Not friends, Not family, and usually business associates or one-time calls. So why would I want my personal Friend/Family contact list on the app?? It doesn't make sense. Adding your contacts should be optional, or have a completely separate contact list within the app.

After years of using this app I signed up for the Pro feature. I do not find there is a difference between this and the basic app. I also have to search to see if someone left a voicemail. If they did, sometimes I find it in my phone voicemail other times I find it in the app. I would probably switch to a free Google number if I could transfer my same phone number.
