GPS Monitor is an accurate GPS tester and GNSS monitor for Android. See how your phone receives satellite signals: view your current coordinates, positioning accuracy, signal strength, and satellites used to determine your location.

WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
GPS navigation and diagnostics only need satellite reception. The app is useful on the road, outdoors, during fieldwork, and in airplane mode when mobile coverage is unavailable.

Ratings and reviews

Good app appears to provide accurate reading. The amount of detail especially about the different satellites in their names is excellent which makes this app stand out over others however it is laxks support for OTG hub / external USB GPS (u blox) device

Interesting and nice wee app which would be well worth a donation. I have a couple of this developers apps which are also worth checking out.
