The app defaults to "Universal" which I don't like. It sounds like rushing wind in that mode, especially when I'm driving. I prefer the "Noisy" Environment" mode. Also, sometimes, I can't get it to change out of Universal, the little circle keeps spinning and spinning to the point where I just give up. Also, the " Reverberate Room" mode does not help me at all. I cannot understand people's speech in rooms with high ceilings. Other than helping my severe hearing loss, I'm not happy with these.

What do you see, App after App? How about, "Was working, after the last upgrade it no longer works." Same with this App. There are now hundreds of people reporting Bluetooth connectivity issues. Same auto-reply. I paid extra to get BLE connectivity. First I found out it was not compatible with the BLE on my Laptop, despite being the latest version. The App worked well for over a year, now it is a struggle to pair with Bluetooth, and it often disconnects. Getting worse, not better.

Hearing Aid works well. Bluetooth is just okay. App updates screw up settings. App is okay at best. Direction & Tinitus doesn't always work. Don't count on the "well being" to work very often. The promised functions from the App & the money you pay aren't really worth it. I wish I would have had more information, when I. ade the decision with my Audiologist.
