This app allows for easy use And allows easy adjustments to your hearing AIDS. the only issue that I see is that when you switch mode, it does not save the settings for the last mode use. If it did, save, settings for individual mode would be Much easier to allow switching mode from the hearing. Maid as opposed to having to go back to the app to read just personal settings every time you switch modes.

Hi Bill, the hearing aids are designed to reset to their normal values any time the hearing program is changed or they are powered off and on again. This is not an issue with the app per se, as it is just showing you the current status of the hearing aids. If you need adjustments to the baseline of each program, consult with your audiologist.

it would be nice if the blue tooth option actually worked. All phone audio USED to stream to my phone (music, videos, etc.) but not since I upgraded to my new Samsung cell phone. Tech's answer below tells me nothing. even my audiologist Thought he had it working on my new phone but by the time I tried it it wasn't working. Perhaps an online manual on how to connect the hearing aids to your cell phone would come in handy?

Hi Tim. Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA) is only supported on certain Android phones. It is up to the phone's manufacturer to decide which model of phones they want to implement this Bluetooth protocol in. See the following list of phones we've tested to be ASHA compatible: https://www.signia.net/en-us/support/compatibility/

BT drops out. Won't reconnect w/o jumping through hoops, & loosing 5-15 min of programming. And can't U make the TV remote still mute the streaming sound? I gotta find my phone, find the app, & go to stream , & then hit mute, sometimes several times, in order to mute my aids ?? Also, many times, I have to turn up the volume in the hearing aid app to 12 or 14, & then turn up the stream volume to 12 in order to hear everything that's being said.

Hi Roger, it sounds like there are a few different issues you are facing with the hearing aids. Please send us an email from within the app: press the 3 lines in the top left > Help > Contact Us, and we'd be happy to assist with getting the hearing aids reconnected, as well as discussing best practices for using the app for controls.
