Constantly locking up and won't open. Regret going with this device. 17 JAN 25 Update. I am still very dissatisfied with these aids. They are supposed to automatically connect to my android, but rarely do, and before you respond to reinstall the app, I have, several times. That alone is a concern. With today's technology, what app designer are you saving money with that requires us to reinstall the app to install updates? I'm going to speak to the VA about another option.

Hello, we'd be happy to discuss the Bluetooth connection with you. We can help determine if there are certain limiting factors at play and also help with starting a new pairing and connection. Please send us an email from the app: tap the 3 lines in the top left > Help > Contact Us, and we'll be in touch shortly.

crashes frequently. locks up even more frequently. usually have to try at least four or five times to start it, since it either just hangs or crashes and vanishes into the night. The 'my wellbeing' is useless. it will almost never get the data from the hearing aids, so if it shows anything more useful than "last updated 3 days ago", it will be showing you took 53 steps today and have been wearing your hearing aids for 27 minutes when you have been wearing them for 10 hours while out running.

the app freezes upon launch. the volume and balance sliders are difficult to move. the settings to not stay. every time I place/remove the hearing aids on the charger I have to change the settings to what I like. the clunky sliders make this a frustrating daily task. the only tone adjustment is a control that goes between sharp and soft. you cannot fine tune the hearing aids to the environment you are in and create or save any presets. terrible experience.

Hello, the hearing aids are designed to reset to their default values when powered on, or when the hearing program is changed. If you are making the same changes every day, it would be best to consult with your hearing care provider to adjust the default sound of the hearing aids, negating the need for a temporary change every day.
