Very poor quality app to support expensive hearing aids. App runs in the background, but there is no way to stop it, short of going to settings, app, etc. When phone is connected to hearing aids via bluetooth, it always answers on the first ring. App loses contact with one or both aids several times a day. Only way to re-establish the bluetooth connection is to restart the phone. No way to store additional hearing aid setups. You get 3 and that is it. Poorly written, poor quality software.

Not happy at all with this app. Constantly disconnecting from Bluetooth. Cannot stream media on an Android phone. Tech support is no help. These were expensive hearing aids. I wish I had chosen a different brand. Set up the app on an apple phone and they stream audio as I was told they would on my android phone. I have filed a formal complaint with Humana. The app developer needs to get this fixed!

Needs an equalizer for fine tuning. Volume adjustment requires you to have your thumb over volume setting so that you can't see where you are setting it on. Should have a "home" setting to go back to a preset. Also, keeps turning on to Bluetooth even though I keep turning it off within the app. Loaded itself into my do not disturb exception list without my permission, yet still won't adjust volume without me turning off do not disturb. Can't turn off My Well Being tracking. Very intrusive.
