Key Features
• Digital Warranty Activation & Management
Retailers can activate and claim warranties for Signify products at the point of sale by simply scanning the unique QR code printed on the product.
• Simple Customer Registration & Self Activation
Customers can easily sign up using a One-Time Password (OTP) generated through their mobile number and PIN code. Once logged in, customers can scan the product QR code to view warranty details for products activated by the retailer.
If the warranty has not been activated at the time of purchase, customers can self-activate the warranty by scanning the QR code printed on the product (not the box barcode).
• Digital Warranty Tracking
Customers can conveniently self-register purchased products and digitally track warranty information anytime, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.
