Ratings and reviews

Good toll payment system. App is not as user-friendly as one would wish. Finding the records of consumption is not obvious.

Outrageously bad service. They deactive the account with no notice (and ask for documents I have provided previously); I immediately provide them the documents "for security" but they fail to reactivate. The number to call does not pick up (I called maybe 50 times - every time they say - we are busy call back later). Worst service ever. SHOCKING to be honest!!!! We use French highways a lot, I guess they do not want us to use their electronic peage thingy?

Not possibly to login or aks questions. Ulys stands for a bad user experience.
