Samsung Galaxy S4 KitKat Finally I found an app that can rename the home screen icon labels, AND remembers them on reboot. It may take a few tries to find the right link to make the shortcut to. If choosing the app name didn't work, use the other list and expand the app's links. Look for one that seems most likely - usually ending with "activity". Does not work on all apps that are on the external SD card. On reboot, some of the shortcuts for them disappeared completely. Otherwise a great app - especially for free!
Amazing application Helps the custom rom users who sometimes don't have the sim toolkit application it helps them create one quick shortcut on the desktop. This is just but one in so many features bundled up with this application. Thank you, and let us prepare the way for the LORD JESUS in repentance, Holiness and Righteousness, with the daily observance of preparing to enter the Kingdom of GOD JEHOVAH. 1thess 4:16-20 1cor 15:50-52. This app leads by example. No hiccups \works well Thank you dev for making app free with no unnecessary permissions and most importantly no ads. Excellent work😊 The abilty to donate 1$ would be well deserved. I wish 1 thing tho that i could choose where to place new shortcuts like in the app drawer for example. Some instructions would help newcomers.
so many great things a great tool! i love that i can choose from my icon themes. my only problem is that I want a shortcut to chompSMS but the activities.MainActivity seems to do the same thing as activities.QuickCompose i've tried the MainActivity in other places and it works fine but not in this app for some reason. Edit: fixed my issues! 5 stars! Great app!
Works. I tried other methods that didn't. Awesome Clock icon disappeared after removing sense and/ or blink feed. This app allows you to create a shortcut on your home page for any Android service! what a hero! Works on s6 well. I wanted a shortcut to battery usage in settings And it works like a charm! Time to donate!
Thank you so much! It turns out all those guys in all those geeky forums don't always have the answer. I just wanted to remove the text from underneath all my icons on my home screens. I didn't want to have to root. I did not want to install a third party launcher. In this app, I was able to go to applications, create a shortcut, and in the name field it does require at least 1 character. It turns out that the space bar is a character. You have to do each app icon one by one, but that's fine with me it didn't take very long.
- Added Italian and Arabic translations.
- Adapted to AndroidPhone7 theme.
- Changed dialog UI.
- Fixed a bug that the shortcut for Google Play cannot be opened.
- Some more improvements.
- Added function to ask you to rate this app. (Forgive me if you don't like such a thing.)
