About this app

Good fishing days start with a plan. Ask Gill helps you decide where to go, what to throw, and what to remember when the day is done.

Talk fishing with Gill
Ask about species, spots, tackle, and techniques. Share a fish or tackle photo for help identifying your catch or choosing your next lure. Set your fishing preferences for advice tailored to the way you fish.

Read the conditions
Check local weather, Bite Scores, and fishing windows where available. Plan your trip with a clearer picture of what’s happening on the water.

Find your next spot
Scout nearby water, fishing spots, and bait shops. Explore your options before you head out.

Keep the story of your catch
Build a fishing journal with photos, tackle, conditions, and notes. Look back at past catches and save private notes from your outings.

Learn one step at a time
Explore species guides, local regulations, and fishing lessons. Follow knot and rigging steps at your own pace.

Bring your fishing crew
Invite friends to your private circle and share catches with the people you fish with.
