I've been using the basic app for a week. I really like how simple it is track food and water. Large database of foods. I loved the bar scanner until it stopped working, along with the food search, right after the update this morning. Message says to contact Lifesum support, but not helpful at all. Would consider premium subscription if I knew the app would work more than a week. I'd love to use the recipe feature.
This app has helped me ensure that I am eating healthy by eating good proportions. I use the be healthier plan. It also doesnt make me feel bad if I happen to go over my limit or if I indulge in something not so good for me. Ive actually even lost some weight! It also helps me keep track of how much water I need which I have always struggled with and keeping fit. Overall, I love this app!
This is a fantastic app and I love using it. I think buying the premium is worth it and I'm sad to have to temporarily cancel my subscription due to financial issues. I really loved how the premium you can sync to other apps (I connected it to my fitbit). It's a very easy to use and colorful interface and I've ended up enjoying it better than MyFitnessPal
One of the most (if not the most) beautifully designed apps I've ever seen. Frequently updated, easy to use, with customizable objectives... I just wish that the devs focused more on performance. I have a midrange smartphone and the app is painfully slow to open (although once it's opened, it almost flies).
Here's the deal. I am PAYING to sync my app with my fit bit to do things that the fitbit app does anyway. And now you updated the app to have a red background which is a color psychologically linked with making your brain think you're hungry. Not only that, but it makes the interface difficult to read.
It is easy to use with a simple interface and useful features. I subscribed for 3 months since the free account is not practical, I will continue to use as long as they have promotion or voucher code as the premium account is pricy. Will try to use others to test out which one is better.
